    Does Sortle read my chats?

    Only inside your browser, to show your chats in folders and search them. Nothing about your chats is sent to us or anyone else.

    Do I need an account?

    No. Install it and start sorting. Pro unlocks right after you buy, and on another computer you just confirm the email you bought with.

    Does it work in the ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini desktop apps?

    No. Sortle works on their websites in Chrome and most Chromium browsers, like Edge and Brave. Desktop and phone apps don't support extensions.

    What happens when one of these sites changes its design?

    Sortle may stop showing folders on that site until we ship a fix, which we aim to do within days. Your folders and prompts stay safe in your browser the whole time.

    Is Pro really one payment?

    Yes. Pay once and keep Pro, including every future update. There's no subscription.

    Can I get a refund?
