Refund policy

If Sortle Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

• Email hello@getsortle.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order number.
• We'll process it through Paddle, our merchant of record. The money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• Pro is removed once the refund is processed. The free version keeps working.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If Sortle stopped working for you because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
